1. Do I need to pay the sales tax?

No, there is no sales tax on our site.

2. What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards through our merchant service provider Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PAYPAL.

3. Do you accept international orders?

We only ship your order in USA.

4. Can I pay over the phone?

Sorry, currently we don't accept any payment over phone. Please visit our website to pick your favorite items and finish your payment online.

5. How can I track my order?

You should have received a confirmation email when you placed your order and another email with a tracking link when your order was shipped. Simply click on the tracking link and you will be automatically redirected to the tracking information.

If it has been more than 3 days since you placed your order and you haven't received an email from us, check your spam folder to see if the email ended up there. If you can't find your tracking email, contact our friendly customer support team at support@regisdecorz.com, or through chat on our home page and we would be more than happy to assist you.

6. Can I change my order after my credit card is charged?

Please be advised that once an order has been placed and processed, it is difficult to make modification and cancellation. If you want to change your order, please click the button contact us. We shall do our best to accommodate your situation. But once your order has been shipped, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

7. Received a damaged item?

We are sorry to hear you may have experience an issue with an item you order!

We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 30 business days from when you received this item for any of the following reasons:

You receive an incorrect item

Your order contains damaged product(s)

Your order has a printing mistake

Part of your order is missing from the package

You do not receive your order but it has been marked as delivered by USPS or DHL

You can contact us at support@regisdecorz.com to get a replacement on its way to you ASAP! Please include your original order number and the problems you meet.

*We won't take back items because of size issues, so make sure you check the sizing references provided.

*Keep in mind, colors may vary slightly due to computer monitor settings, we will not take returns for color issues.

*Shipping charges are not refundable and you must contact us for authorization to return. Unauthorized return packages will be refused.

8. How long will it take to process the exchange or refund?

Returned items must be received back to us within 14 days of the buyer's receipt of the item for domestic buyers. After receiving the items, we will refund for you and it takes 3 - 5 business days more.
